The tea is not that bad of a flavor, I can drink it by itself with nothing added. It never seems to work the same on my everting I take it. I recommend to use only on days where you’re not going out OR at the end of your day as it is usually easier access to a restroom.

I took the tea in the morning and a few hours later it was working. I would suggest taking the tea on your day off as you will be making several trips to the bathroom. I was pretty backed up. Now I have a sense of relief. This product definitely does what it says.
